100% estate dry-grown vines ranging in age from 14 - 50yrs. Bouquet shows aromas of black fruits, mint and coffee. A firm, solid wine well supported by fine, dusty tannins and fresh acid. Blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, cherries, finishing with persistence and good length. Cellaring potential 2012

Grand Shiraz 2005
Bouquet of blackberry, vanilla and menthol. Fine, dusty tannins back-up deep strong fruit. Youthful wine with ample weight. Coffee, blackberry, tar, dark chocolate with hints of oregano oak character, finishing with good length and persistence. Cellaring potential 2015

Royal Reserve Shiraz 2004 (due for release October, 2005)

Grand Shiraz 2004 (due for release October, 2005)
This renowned Barossa Shiraz is derived from our 50 year old dry-grown single vineyard in Marananga, previously one of the selected for 'Grange'.
Our hands-on vineyard management, using old style techniques along with traditional vinification methods, ensures a consistant high quality of the wine.
We commit ourselves to maintain a limited production of this wine for many vintages to come.
R.Parker Jr. wrote:

GRAND SHIRAZ / CABERNET 2004
Dark plum in colour ,this wonderful fuse of Grand Shiraz (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) abounds with intense earthy aromas, followed by a lengthy, warm, palate with delightful floral characters.
High in alcohol and fruit, this wine shows ageworthiness and will cellar well for many years.
This wine is a true reflection of what was one of our best vintages ever!!

Derived from very late picked riesling this versatile White Port is ideal as an after dinner drink to accompany coffee, cheese platters and can also be used as a marinade for strawberries or fresh fruit. ODIN’S HONOUR RESERVE SHIRAZ 2003
This classic Barossa Shiraz shows reduced meaty aromas with a hint of mint. Big plummy, jammy, palate, followed by a warm, dry tannic finish. High in alcohol and fruit, this wine has excellent cellaring potential.
